Good experience thus far. A lot has changed over the years regarding our reputation in the marketplace, leading to less inbound lead flow. Territory sizes have decreased and more reps have been added, which isn’t necessarily a good thing as they tend to turn over within the first year. Base pay is lowest in industry compared to direct competitors.

Paychex is a solid company with a good product. Management is good and they provide great training and resources. The salary and commission structure leaves much to be desired and keeps getting worse. Service is terrible on the back end causing issues and deals to fall apart.
