Current Employee4.4Sep 21, 2023Overall, a great company to work for. Base comp is definitely on the lower end, but the incentive structure is well done. Leadership is strong, amazing training program and culture. Occasional complaints about service that make sales reps look bad. Most of the org is highly professional and very friendly.
