Paychex is a solid company with a good product. Management is good and they provide great training and resources. The salary and commission structure leaves much to be desired and keeps getting worse. Service is terrible on the back end causing issues and deals to fall apart.

Very difficult sale to self gen opportunities. Inbounds seem to be what are lived on by top reps. The reps that perform well get 10x the amount of inbounds that ones are struggling. Unless you sell in a large market, it can be difficult to attain quota.
