My overall experience was great for a starter position! The training was awesome and they continued to offer training over the years. My team and managers were fantastic, supportive, fun, helpful but easy going. The company has changed a lot since then. The conference trips were always a blast!

The value of leadership largely depends on whose team you land on. I have worked for two. One not good, one thats great. I was hired on with a pool of 50 or so and a year later (the 50 were on different teams, different states and territories) there are 7 of us left with 1-2 hoping to stay on longer. My overall experience is good, however the lack of inbound opportunity and size of deals makes it a real grind to hit quota. Leadership & culture is great but base is fairly low.
