My overall experience has been great! Definitely a challenging role but Paychex is very dedicated to the education and training of their employees to help them succeed and help with their career growth. Paychex is currently behind with competitive pay but definitely room for growth there.

I love my team and my manager. I would say your experience is largely dependent on your immediate team and territory. It’s hard to hit quota here, however you will learn a lot so long as you’re comfortable not hitting quota for the first 6 months.
