I love my team and my manager. I would say your experience is largely dependent on your immediate team and territory. It’s hard to hit quota here, however you will learn a lot so long as you’re comfortable not hitting quota for the first 6 months.

The culture and environment there is very good, and very supportive. The base pay is lacking compared to other roles. Low percentage of team members hit quota and most end up being put on plan then fired.
