Problem lies with a few middle management 'leadership' that rule with an iron fist and you never actually talk to. A wasted opportunity to create an amazingly close team. Everyone is scared.

Very exciting space to be in but prepare yourself for long sales cycles and ever-changing (but rarely communicated) initiatives. Despite how that all sounds, still a good place to work where longevity will be rewarded.
