It's getting continuously more difficult to sell this product and find non clients, prospecting is extremely competitive.

My overall experience with PitchBook has been ok. Very difficult to get promoted because of the moving goalpost the leadership sets. The incentive pay is good, but the base is below the marker. It's a leader in the space which helps with the product market fit.

Great place and culture to sell for. 2023 was challenging for sellers. Company is still growing at a healthy rate, but sales numbers and quota attainment were significantly down.

Micromanaging leadership despite the job being done relatively easily or on autopilot. Still some challenges with selling but conversations were somewhat streamlined and the product is robust.
