Delusional marketing when the company’s products are a strong ISV partner to Salesforce and nothing more. Micromanagement all over the place, misguided leadership, have made selling Own extremely hard to do and often is sold to the wrong people. Marketing needs a complete revamp. Management needs a complete revamp. BD needs a complete revamp and reeducation because nothing seems to be working.

My overall experience with OwnBackup started off well but they bit off more than they can chew and switched their focus too many times. The company went from employee first to company first which wasn't the original vision. It was a great place to work when I was there but since have no heard the best.
