My overall experience with OwnBackup started off well but they bit off more than they can chew and switched their focus too many times. The company went from employee first to company first which wasn't the original vision. It was a great place to work when I was there but since have no heard the best.

Fantastic onboarding experience, however that's about where the positive reports end. The company has certainly had challenges from an organizational standpoint, lots of turnover in upper management, mass hiring, mass layoffs, and certainly seemed to be some favoritism in terms of leads / account routing.
