It’s a company that’s slowly declining, I only speak from experience in the London office but leadership is poor and general talent is low, meaning it’s not a great place to grow and develop

My overall experience with OwnBackup started off well but they bit off more than they can chew and switched their focus too many times. The company went from employee first to company first which wasn't the original vision. It was a great place to work when I was there but since have no heard the best.
