Bad. Was my first SDR job. Realized how bad it was after I left for a real company. You will fail unless you are prepared to kiss up to the right people for about 24 months if you are lucky enough to get promoted. Try somewhere else I suggest.

Difference between day one and the day I quit are night and day. Joined the company because it was inclusive, the clear market leader, and was well capitalized. Outreach was bar none one of the most toxic places I have ever worked for. Everyone there is unhappy, and that's a fact. Although I did appreciate the PTO for having a new kiddo.
