Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience was constant change with new product innovation (exciting) and selling to sales people (requires high business acumen). 2024 focus on value selling framework and client support with smooth handoff from new logo AE to client AE. A lot of competition to win and keep clients who have a lot of options in seller productivity. In 2024, the base salary did not increase for SDRs promoted to AE roles. The high quota and KPI requirements and switch from Unlimited PTO to FTO made it harder to get manager approval to take vacation. Outreach does not match 401K and the PPO plan costs $100 per month. The Outreach office in Seattle has a lot of fun happy hour events and the views of the Puget Sound are stunning. Browse Other Reviews
