Outreach's leadership team is struggling. Getting things done internally is a huge undertaking. Strong reps, managers and leadership personas are being laid off--so the remaining good folks are jumping ship. I'd be cautious joining as the rise of AI across the industry will continue to make Outreach a difficult place to be succesful.

This place is bananas and extremely toxic. Run! The amount of politics here is amazing. There is a title landgrab, and just seems the company has lost its magic.
