Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Difference between day one and the day I quit are night and day. Joined the company because it was inclusive, the clear market leader, and was well capitalized. Left because management and reps were turning over with such regularity that a customer even told me they had given up on learning names because there was a new one every time they talked to the company.
Company has decided to lay off its way to profitability and the customers are noticing. What was a dominant market position is now being ceded to competitors due to terrible customer satisfaction. Churn is a huge issue.
