Former Employee3.4Jul 25, 2024I dug working with the folks at Outreach. I think they could have done a better job with professional development and technical training. Could have provided more opportunities for employees to develop their skills. But overall, I had a good time working there.

Current Employee2.1Jul 31, 2023The company has lost its way. Leadership is not strong. Sales ,CS,PS groups are not aligned. Tech market shrinking has hurt customer base. Limited upward career pathing. Execs refuse to acknowledge product market and sales challenges. Just get it done and faster attitude. Not that easy when you are in a niche space with strong competition.
