Overall bad place to work. Terrible senior leadership blind to the problems in the field. Runs very much like an SMB shop and little understanding of Enterprise. All of the good people in leadership have left

I dug working with the folks at Outreach. I think they could have done a better job with professional development and technical training. Could have provided more opportunities for employees to develop their skills. But overall, I had a good time working there.

Close but no cigar. Lots of potential, but too much turn over and not enough consistency. We're getting enabled on something new every week, and changing processes and managers every 2 weeks. We desperately need to just be left to do our job.
