Good sales leadership, good benefits. Bus. ops get in the way of success. Too many processes that don't yield value to the seller or the client. Lots of people start and stop processes with out a strategy or goal . . . just trying to look busy. Otherwise a good place to work.

You have to wait one year before moving into a new role. After the year was up I was told the Account Executive roles were held for their college grad program only so I left.

Ok, Oracle does not provide yearly raises so make sure to negotiate well before joining
