Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Leadership struggles with determining priorities, values and direction within the organization. The culture is left transactional in nature with a large portion of transient participants. The deal durations are 12-24 months in length. Thus, when you start, if there was not a decent sales person who thought they were going to be there next year in your territory, it is unlikely you will deliver any revenue in the first year. Further, given the focus on hitting unachievable targets, sales people are not investing the correct amount of time in these longer duration deals. The training is inadequate at best and delivered in a firehouse fashion wherein no one could possibly consume it. Thus, one must reach out to those who have been around for 2+ years for tribal knowledge nearly constantly. These “long time employees” are rare as the entire sales organization is treated as fully expendable and completely replaceable. Browse Other Reviews
