At my current company, the atmosphere and work-life balance stand out positively, thanks to a supportive team and a comfortable office environment. However, the absence of promotions for over a year has created a stagnant and demotivating atmosphere. Additionally, the challenge of selling an increasingly outdated product in a competitive market significantly impacts our ability to attract new customers and dampens team morale. Despite these challenges, the company’s commitment to ensuring a healthy work-life balance is commendable. In summary, while the workplace culture and balance are praiseworthy, the lack of career advancement opportunities and the struggle with an outdated product portfolio are major concerns that need addressing for the company to retain its workforce and remain competitive.

Dependent on territory. A lot of internal political drama. Many unhappy customers. Can do well if you sell enough but the culture is going downhill.

Overall experience would of been much better with different timing. I got in Oracle right before the mass layoffs and then a very long hiring freeze which completely took away upward mobility. I would reckon my experience would of been way better had economic circumstances not derailed the promotion process.
