Oracle’s culture overall is difficult to manage. Product offerings are relevant and very competitive in their respective target markets. The entire culture and operations are not in sync and internal colleagues can at times be competition.

Know that you are a number and no one cares about you as an individual in a company this size. You may hit quota for 5 out of 6 years and you'll still be sitting on a potential chopping block the first time you miss. Terrible inept leadership from Safra Catz who wouldn't even be the CEO if they weren't trying to appease DEI BS and if the Co-CEO (who was the real CEO)...Read More

My overall experience at oracle was fine. Culture and leadership is pretty bad right now and the incentive structure leaves a lot to be desired
