Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Drastically needs an overhaul of GTM, you have 95% of reps missing quota and extremely high targets. It almost seems that they set unnecessarily high targets knowing most reps will never come close but also guaranteeing the ones who do, they will not have to pay out chunky commissions. As someone who consistently hit their number again and again, even as they have nearly tripled my quota in the last 3 years, I feel each year the plans get worse and less competitive. Also if you started here the base salary is abysmal and there is a bunch of internal barriers to getting fair compensation, it almost guarantees a culture of leave and come back in order to get paid a fair wage.
