Former Employee2.9Jan 31, 2024Overall experience would of been much better with different timing. I got in Oracle right before the mass layoffs and then a very long hiring freeze which completely took away upward mobility. I would reckon my experience would of been way better had economic circumstances not derailed the promotion process.
