Been alright. Wish they did a better job onboarding and training the team. Really disappointed with based compensation despite over 7+ years of experience in SaaS.

My overall experience with Oracle is good, however the sales training is insufficient and you are left alone regarding hitting your qouta - not much help. The salary is good - in relation to reaching qouta/target, getting your bonus - it depends a lot on what you are selling in the organization. Some line of business is almost impossible to be successful in.

This company does not support is employees in the slightest and will cut people for no reason at all even if you are performing well.
