Team culture at federal group was best I experienced at Oracle - direct and upper management protected their reports and actually took action on typical oracle issues. Big downside = ability to actually create demand and sell given govt red tape on Oracle + low base/comp when coming from inside promotion.... Great company to start your carreer. Fantastic place to learn sales. You get time and space to fail and learn. You get freedom in how to achieve your target, basically acting as an entrepreneur within your own territory.
