Former Employee3.4Oct 26, 2024My overall experience was that you could take advantage of some good training, but that also kept you out of the field selling to people, so catch 22. Also, the number of ASMs in the market was saturated and I didn't see much closing outside the East or West Coast, besides some of the other major metropolitan (e.g. Chicago) areas.
