Current Employee3.0Sep 28, 2023My overall experience with Oracle is good, however the sales training is insufficient and you are left alone regarding hitting your qouta - not much help. The salary is good - in relation to reaching qouta/target, getting your bonus - it depends a lot on what you are selling in the organization. Some line of business is almost impossible to be successful in.
