My overall experience was that the product mix (On-Premise Solutions) were in demand, but the quotas were set to be very unrealistic and leadership said a "good" year is if you can achieve 50% of quota.

My overall experience with Oracle is good, however the sales training is insufficient and you are left alone regarding hitting your qouta - not much help. The salary is good - in relation to reaching qouta/target, getting your bonus - it depends a lot on what you are selling in the organization. Some line of business is almost impossible to be successful in.
