Was put on a team based outside of the US while my peers had reps that were in our location. Was set up to fail as the director of account management was unresponsive when I reached out to assist.

The compensation structure for sales engineers was borderline corrupt. The managers got to decide how much "sales bonus" an individual should get as sales engineering was comp'd on the country number and not on the sales number of their respective account managers. This led to a lot of favoritism. Also, there were hardly any annual increments.

Great team, workload was light and variable comp plan was confusing and never hit even 20% of it.
