The Vice President that hired me was competent, excellent, professional, and inspiring to work for. When he promoted one of his best-performing favorite reps to a Sales Director position, it became an HR-situation. This awful, incompetent new Sales Director would literally just yell and yell at me every single day until I had to find a new job. It was intolerable, and this Sales Director eventually was fired by Oracle Human Resources for being a bully and wildly unprofessional. Just incompetent.

Great products and can solve tons of customer challenges. Velocity is slow and competition from point solutions is high. Not the highest ceiling either. Overall if you’re a mature rep who can handle longer and more complex cycles you can win here.

Nothing negative. I am loving my time at Oracle. I sell the Oracle platform, which is different than infrastructure or application.
