I was a “class of” hire directly out of college. Oracle was a great opportunity to learn the industry and gain overall sales knowledge. However to grow a career at Oracle I believe it would be beneficial to leave and return on good terms.

Sales culture at the company s great. Wish they had a higher starting base, but you are rewarded well if you make a sale. There is a large amount of work that is put on the rep for project management in terms of getting the customer up and running.

Huge corporation - so big there are good groups and bad groups and the constant threat of your group being wiped out with no notice.
