Arrived at Oracle via an acquisition. Immediately the culture shifted for the worse and bureaucracy went wild, making it difficult to just get on and do deals

Good experience but ended in layoffs even after my organization doubled its revenue from the previous year and hit our number. I think oracle is a good company but it’s so big every process is way too slow and too many hands in the pot at all times

My Oracle experience is positive thanks to good management and a decently fruitful territory. My job is a license compliance role and less of a traditional sales role so the experience can be much different for other lines of business. Team, territory, and timing unfortunately are the biggest factors that will weigh on your success.
