Don’t expect them to pay you on time. If your commission is wrong it’s going to take them another 60 days to fix it minimum. Convenient that it only happens on large commission amounts…

Leadership does not care about sales. They care about predictable costs. Intentionally oversized quotas meant to give executive team a predictable cap on what they will have to pay out to sales. Worst org I have ever worked for with open disdain for their employees.

My overall experience was positive prior to the MicroFocus acquisition. However, following that transition, the management guidelines seemed to falter, and a clear sense of direction was notably absent.

They set unrealistic targets that increases every quarter. Leadership does not care about you they only care about the numbers.
