Leadership does not care about sales. They care about predictable costs. Intentionally oversized quotas meant to give executive team a predictable cap on what they will have to pay out to sales. Worst org I have ever worked for with open disdain for their employees.

Generally positive, the challenge was restructuring after the acquisition creating volatility but by now things have stabilized.
