Overall, Ontop has a great potential product that fits well among SMB and Mid-Market companies operating with remote talent. Inside the company though, The Sales leadership is extremely poor, and decisions change every day without a definite strong strategy. Senior positions are held usually by junior roles. It's normal to hear from colleagues as they keep seeking better companies to join. Santiago isn't fully aware of middle and regional leadership issues as communication doesn't flow well.
