Culture is very warm, bubbly and social. But also very much chill, drinks after work and not work too hard. So if you like that, then it is a good place for you, if not then not. Also just laid off all SDR team.

Do not go there if you want a stable job. I was hired for a BDR role and I had to do a secretary admin job for the first 3 months. Then I started my real job and 2 months after, they announced that they will have to fire 150 employees including me. Runaway from it

It is a great company to work at in terms of professional growth. A great Sales school. however the competition on the market is very fierce and Spendesk struggles to keep up with competitors.
