Overall it's a chaotic place to work. Leadership doesn't seem to be on the same page. They overhired then let so many people go in wave after wave. Market is oversaturated, very competitive. And the message of "being a leader in the market" doesn't always work. Brands don't seem to care about that. They care about value, time to launch and cost.

I was on the growth team which did really well - the company has made a large shift to new logo and marketing products. To my knowledge, those teams had far less reps hitting quota than the growth team did. Now most of the company is doing a blended book and split into enterprise and emerging enterprise

Great leadership on the CSM team with opportunities to promote internally. Very intelligent group of folks and leadership was very transparent with entire organization.
