Pros: - Pay and bonuses are decent. - Some great coworkers. - Excellent city centre office. - Good starting point for an IT/Sales career. Cons: -Nonexistent work/life balance; unpaid overtime. - Limited remote work flexibility, often not honoured. - Progress requires unpaid extra effort; no training or support. - Micromanagement to an unbearable degree. - Poor communication and zero support from management. - Outdated and toxic management practices. - Manual database work; modern tools dismissed. - Empty promises and a hire/fire culture. - Management avoids responsibility; outdated and unreliable databases. - Shady practices and constant pressure; stifling environment.

You won't get your expected OTE if in commercial(SMB) outbound. only 3% hit the quota and not every month.. If you are Revival or Inbound, you will hit quota and make money as an SDR.
