You won't get your expected OTE if in commercial(SMB) outbound. only 3% hit the quota and not every month.. If you are Revival or Inbound, you will hit quota and make money as an SDR. Opportunity for advancement is normal like in any other company. Culture is super good, you are treated well and managers are open to ideas. Upper management as well. And the best product in the market, no doubt. give it a bit more time, it will conquer the market like Crodwstrike did in Cyber Security.
