If you’re outbound, only 3% of OB SDR’s hit quota. Good job if you have nothing else or just want a resume boost, but for OB, it’s not a long term viable option

It's been ok. I have only been here a few months but a lot of what they sell you on to join the company does not exists. Quota attainment for SDR is roughly 10% across the company and of that 10% the majority are inbound and revival roles. not a bad company, growing pains as well as certain roles are revolving doors while others are guaranteed quota crusher

good! I plan to stay at the company as long as it makes sense to- I feel secure in my role, but I am not a fan of the quota- I feel like it is unattainable. Culture is good, but higher-ups can be micro managey at times
