great training, amazing market fit and culture BUT it seems as if upper management will do everything in their power to not get SDR’s paid out. constant goal post moving, quota changing, RTO days are almost back to 5 days in office and roughly 20% of all SDR’s are hitting their quota yet the company is smashing record profits on a monthly basis. Management should focus on nurturing and helping SDR’s be their best selves rather than figuring out more ways to screw them.

Pretty new but have already seen quite a bit of turnover. Looks like some teams fare better than others. Management is very chill, just high expectations for reps.

They say OTE is $85k but if you hit goals then you’d make $76k for the year. Only about 1-3 agents out of 100+ hit the target per month so actual earnings will probably be a lot lower.
