Current Employee great training, amazing market fit and culture BUT it seems as if upper management will do everything in their power to not get SDR’s paid out. constant goal post moving, quota changing, RTO days are almost back to 5 days in office and roughly 20% of all SDR’s are hitting their quota yet the company is smashing record profits on a monthly basis. Management should focus on nurturing and helping SDR’s be their best selves rather than figuring out more ways to screw them. Browse Other Reviews
