They say OTE is $85k but if you hit goals then you’d make $76k for the year. Only about 1-3 agents out of 100+ hit the target per month so actual earnings will probably be a lot lower. Commission is on a sliding scale so the first few demos will be paid out less than the top few for quota. Great product fit. People are great here. Unlimited snacks and drinks and they pay for your lunch every day at the Austin office.

Love coming to work here but the quota seems to be insane. Love the managers but moving up in the company doesn’t seem very practical.
