Loved working for NR, new leadership since acquisition has the company back on track and base+OTE is much better than others within the industry. Have friends that worked at competitors and have heard some horror stories. DD pay is super super low and has turned into a sweatshop on the commercial floor. Took an interview with them & got insight into how things are going, sounds like they are going through growing pains & horrible to sell for. DT is a bit better than DD but their base is also lower than NR.

Sales org and GTM strategy are constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform consistently. These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.

Company that is at the end of its story. No differentiation in a tough market. Massive layoffs in the past. Now bought by a private investor. Do you think the new owners will increase the commission structure?
