Company that is at the end of its story. No differentiation in a tough market. Massive layoffs in the past. Now bought by a private investor. Do you think the new owners will increase the commission structure?

Overall experience was good until after the acquisition where changes happened daily without any communication. Since the start of the fiscal year no one has any clue what they are doing and it seems like everyone is wandering aimless waiting on leadership to provide direction.
