C-level and GTM leaders have no idea what they are doing, and they are the main reason why NEWR was acquired by a P.E firm. There'll be pockets of opportunity in varying sales roles, but as a whole, it's all downhill from here.

Comp plans made worse, most of the best AEs have left. Customers increasingly unhappy at being squeezed and the market is very competitive, so avoiding churn is difficult.
