Sales org and GTM strategy are constantly changing, which made it difficult to perform consistently. These ratings would be much lower now, as the company has been forced to scale back a lot of it's more generous comp policies. I'd rate them closer to a 3.8 or 4 stars. They just got acquired by a PE firm, so we'll see what changes follow.

Overall experience was good until after the acquisition where changes happened daily without any communication. Since the start of the fiscal year no one has any clue what they are doing and it seems like everyone is wandering aimless waiting on leadership to provide direction.
