There has been significant turnover across the company and they rolled out a new comp plan that is beyond confusing. Quotas are going to be really tough and the new comp plan makes it extremely difficult to even plot a path to OTE let alone a path to overachieving. That said, base salaries are generally high so if you plan to interview make sure to dig deep into the structure of the comp plan and quotas.
