Leadership goes on hiring sprees then lays off everyone within 1 year. Poor planning, and because they've acquired so much of the market there is little opportunity left. Toxic culture

A terrible experience. No path to success for a new rep joining this org. Culture is terrible and leadership is toxic.

Culture is terrible. The base is ok. Inbound leads are basically non-existent. No ramp period to make $. Leadership is heavy on micromanagement and it is openly encouraged. Best accounts are funneled to a select group of 2-3 reps.
