Culture is terrible. The base is ok. Inbound leads are basically non-existent. No ramp period to make $. Leadership is heavy on micromanagement and it is openly encouraged. Best accounts are funneled to a select group of 2-3 reps.

Very toxic culture and you have to be on call 24/7. So many leadership changes with very high turnover. CEO is pressured for an exit from the board and will throw anyone under the bus.
