When you leave they will not pay you owed commission after like 30 days, which is hidden in the comp plan. Comp plan and leadership is constantly changing even within the same fiscal year. Poor leadership. Team is a revolving door. Strong product, but quickly losing to new players in the same space.

Narvar entered Europe without considering product-market fit. The "platform" was really a set of custom builds.

Leadership has sucked out all of the innovation from the company in the name of adding meaningless red tape to every decision that needs to be made. On top of that, the SE manager is super cutthroat and very eager to take credit for his team's work without lifting a finger to help himself.

Leadership goes on hiring sprees then lays off everyone within 1 year. Poor planning, and because they've acquired so much of the market there is little opportunity left. Toxic culture

Culture is terrible. The base is ok. Inbound leads are basically non-existent. No ramp period to make $. Leadership is heavy on micromanagement and it is openly encouraged. Best accounts are funneled to a select group of 2-3 reps.

Very toxic culture and you have to be on call 24/7. So many leadership changes with very high turnover. CEO is pressured for an exit from the board and will throw anyone under the bus.
